Purpose
Pursuant to the
Signal Mountain Municipal Code, Title 12, Chapter 6, Section 12-605, the Construction
Board shall meet on call by its chairman to consider appeals from the decisions
of the various enforcement officers of the various mechanical codes of the Town
adopted in this code or other ordinances of the Town and to consider adjustments
in building, fire, fuel gas, life safety, mechanical and plumbing codes adopted
by the Town.
