PURPOSE
OF CONDEMNATION BOARD
Investigates buildings or structures which are a menace to health, safety or
the public convenience. Requires owner to repair the building or structure in
conformity with the building, plumbing, electrical, gas, housing and other similar
codes of the Town relating to buildings, or to demolish it.
