PURPOSE
Pursuant to Signal Mountain Municipal Code, Title 2, Chapter 4, Section 2-404:
The Parks Board shall have the power to supervise public parks or any of the
property owned or created by the Town, except the recreation areas under the
jurisdiction of the Recreation Board. The Parks Board shall have the power to
promulgate such by-laws and rules and regulations as are necessary for the proper
management of the facilities under its control; however, all such by-laws and
rules and regulations shall not be effective until they are approved by the
Town Council.
