Cards
Residents of The Town of Signal Mountain may obtain a free library card. Children
in third grade or older may obtain their own library card if their parents/guardians
are residents of the Town. Non-residents
must pay an annual fee of $49 per family (payable at Town Hall) in order to
be issued a library card. Library cards enable the patron to check out materials
and utilize the computers. Click
here for more information about Non-Resident fees.
Checking
out Materials
Books, cassettes, and cds may be checked out for 2 weeks with renewals on
all materials except reserved items. Movies may be checked out for 1 week
with renewals except for reserved items. All materials must be brought to
the library for renewal. Twenty-five cents per day is charged for overdue
books and audiobooks; overdue movies are one dollar per day.

A photocopy machine is located on the main level of the library, and copies
are fifteen cents per page.
Computers
